New in Version 11: XFRACAS

Here's a quick overview of the main new and improved features in XFRACAS 11.

Predefined Teams

Admin users can now create predefined groups of users that can be quickly assigned to the team for an Incident, Problem or Project. This will save time when you frequently assign the same users for specific team roles.

Easier to Import Data via Excel or XML

XFRACAS continues to expand and improve the options for importing data from external sources. In Version 11:

Watched Reports and Charts

The new "watch" feature provides a quick and convenient way to access the reports and charts that you use most often. If you have implemented a Synthesis Enterprise Portal website, the XFRACAS reports will also be included with the other dashboards and reports that you are watching in SEP.

New "Select Current User" Button

For any drop-down list that displays current system users, a new button makes it fast and easy to select your own name from the list.

 

Charts with Data from Multiple Entities

We have added the option to select more than one entity for pareto charts. For example, you can now look at an incident count broken out by incident status or a responsible part across all your business units.

Enter Run Hours for Repaired Parts

You can now enter the current run hours when repairing a part, which will provide better data for life data analysis.
