The Status Updates window allows you to record additional information for any record in the system, structural or zonal hierarchy. These notes can be accessed by the users who are performing the analysis, but they will not appear in the report output. For example, you can use this feature to record reasons for certain analysis decisions, the current status of the analysis for a particular item, questions that still need to be addressed, etc.
To view or manage the notes for a particular item, structure or zone, select the record in the hierarchy and then choose [Systems/Structures/Zones] > Tools > Status Updates.
In the hierarchy, the icon indicates that at least one status note exists for the item.
