The Page tab of the Page Setup window allows you to set the layout, scaling and options of the page for the printed item.
The Orientation option is available for all items and determines how the item will be printed on the page. (The orientation can also be specified in the Windows Page Setup window, accessed by clicking Properties.)
For diagrams, the following options are also available:
Scaling
Choose No Fit (100%) to print the item at its actual size.
Choose Fit to __ page(s) wide by __ tall to specify the number of pages you want the diagram printed on.
Options allows you to specify the details of the printing process.
Select Stick Pages to print the pages without margins.
Select Print Empty Pages to print any blank pages in the diagram.
For data sheets, spreadsheets and workbooks the following options are also available:

Select Print Row Headings to print the row headings at the left side of the rows.
Select Print Gridlines to show the grid lines of the sheet on the printed page.
Select Print Column Headings to print the column headings above the columns.
For plots the following option is also available:
Options
Select Keep Aspect Ratio to keep the ratio of the plot height to width when the plot is printed. If your printed plot goes off the page, selecting this option can help.
