Description: Returns the time corresponding to the specified probability of failure for the specified model.
Syntax: model_rv(model, probability)
model is the name of the model used.
probability is the probability of failure under consideration.
Remarks:
probability must be > 0 and < 1.
probability can include:
Numerical values
Standard operands (+, -, *, /)
Predefined mathematical functions (exp, log, sin, etc.)
