Description: Returns the smallest value for which the cumulative binomial distribution is greater than or equal to a criterion value.
Syntax: CRITBINOM(Trials, Probability_S, Alpha)
Trials is the number of Bernoulli trials.
Probability_S is the probability of a success on each trial.
Alpha is the criterion value.
Remarks:
All arguments must be numerical.
Trials must be an integer.
Trials must be >= 0.
Probability_S must be >= 0 and <= 1.
Alpha must be > 0 and < 1.
When used in a RENO flowchart, the parameters must evaluate to numerical values. They can include:
Numerical values
Standard operands (+, -, *, /)
Predefined mathematical functions (exp, log, sin, etc.)

Example:
CRITBINOM(6,0.5,.75) = 4 [the smallest value for which the cumulative binomial distribution is greater than or equal to a criterion value]
