Nominal Growth Potential Factor

Description: Returns the nominal growth potential factor, which signifies the failure intensity of the M modes (the total number of distinct unfixed BD modes in the test) after corrective actions have been implemented for them, using the nominal values for the effectiveness factors. This calculation applies to the Crow Extended - Continuous Evaluation model.

Source Number is the associated data source number.
