Discovery Rate MTBF

Description: Returns the discovery rate MTBF of observing unique BD modes, 1/h(t), for a given time, based on the Crow Extended or Crow Extended - Continuous Evaluation models.

Field Format: [DISCRATEMTBF(Source Number)(Time;Conf_Level)]

Source Number is the associated data source number.

Time is the time at which the value is calculated.

Conf_Level is the percentage (entered as a decimal value) for the confidence bounds. It is an optional value and, if specified, must be greater than 0 and less than 1.

Remarks:

The Source Number must be either 1,2,3 or 4.

The Time value must be greater than 0.

Example:

[DISCRATEMTBF(1)(100;0.8)]

Returns:

165.104
