The MSI Report window allows you to generate a print-ready report for one selected maintenance significant item (MSI). To open the Report window, select an MSI and then choose Systems > Reports > MSI Report.
Note the following:
To generate a report that only shows a summary of the maintenance tasks, select Create Tasks report only.
To include the MSG version number used in the project in the report headers of Standard or Sukhoi reports, select Include MSG Revision in Headers.
The options in the Standard Format Options are applicable only when using the Standard report format.
Select Create List of Effective Pages report to include a list of the forms in the report and the pages they start on at the beginning of the report.
Select Create Task Data Sheet report (One per Task) to include the full task details for each task at the end of the report.
The options in the Dassault Format Options are applicable only when using the Dassault report format.
Select Use standard format logo to use the standard MPC logo on the reports instead of the Dassault logo in the Dassault report.
Select Use Reference field value instead of ATA number on Data Sheet A to use an item's Reference field value instead of its ATA number in the Dassault report's Data Sheet A.
For Standard and Dassault reports only, Standard Template Logo allows you to specify the logo, if any, to appear on the printed reports.
Select Logo allows you to import a graphic for the printed reports. A preview of the selected graphic will be displayed to the right of the command buttons. The available formats are *.bmp, *dib, *.gif, *.jpg, *.wmf, *.emf, *.ico and *.cur. Note that the logo will be scaled down to a maximum size of 150 x 75.
No Report Logo displays no logo on the printed report.
Default Logo displays the default MPC graphic that was shipped with the application on the printed reports.
What's Changed? In prior versions, generating a report would automatically check the MSI analysis before creating the report. Now you can either click the Check MSI Analysis button or choose Systems > Tools > Check MSI Analysis and check the analysis at any time.
