The Properties page of Lambda Predict's Application Setup contains default settings that will be applied to the Identifiers and General headings in the Properties panel when you create a new prediction folio.
These headings include those properties that are used to identify a particular item (e.g., name, part number, etc.), as well as block properties that affect the entire system configuration (e.g., redundancy, mission time, etc.). These properties are available for all items regardless of which prediction standard is being used for the analysis. Other properties that are specific to a particular prediction standard and component type are not affected by the settings on this page.
To choose which properties to display, use the check boxes.
To change the order of the properties, use the arrow buttons to move the selected field up or down in the list. You can also drag/drop a field into the desired position. Identifier fields cannot be re-ordered.
To restore the default settings in the current application, click the Reset Application Form Settings or Reset All Settings buttons on the Reset Settings page of the Application Setup.
Tip: If you want to restore only the settings for one particular hierarchy without resetting any other application form settings, you can delete the specific file from C:\Users\<your USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\ReliaSoft\Lambda Predict 19\TreeLists_Settings_V19. For example, to reset only the properties, delete the file called frmPrediction_treeProperties.
Note that if you are working in the Properties panel, you can quickly hide any of the properties under the General heading by right-clicking the property name and choosing Hide on the shortcut menu. The only exceptions are Name, Quantity, Mission Time, Redundancy and Quantity Required. Those five properties must always be displayed.
