sr_costs_downtime

Description: Returns the costs associated with downtime that accrued during the simulation time. This is the sum of all of the block downtime costs (i.e., for each block, its downtime multiplied by its downtime rate, and its number of failures multiplied by its cost per failure).

Syntax: sr_costs_downtime(sim_definition)
