rv_lognormal

Description: Returns the inverse of the lognormal cumulative distribution for the given probability.

Syntax: rv_lognormal(Probability, Mean, Standard_dev)

Probability is the value of the distribution.
Mean is the arithmetic mean of the distribution.
Standard_dev is the standard deviation of the distribution.

Remarks:

Probability must be > 0 and < 1.
Mean must be numerical and >= 0.
Standard_dev must be numerical and >=0.

All parameter values can include:

Numerical values
Standard operands (+, -, *, /)
Predefined mathematical functions (exp, log, sin, etc.)
RENO internal functions
RENO resources
References to any Synthesis Workbooks

Example:

rv_lognormal(0.9, 3.5, 0.12)

Returns:

38.620614
