rv_exponential

Description: Returns the inverse of the exponential cumulative distribution for the given probability.

Syntax: rv_exponential(Probability, Lambda, Gamma)

Probability is the value of the distribution.
Lambda is a parameter of the distribution.
Gamma is the location parameter.

Remarks:

Probability must be > 0 and < 1.
Lambda and Gamma must be numerical and >= 0.

All parameter values can include:

Numerical values
Standard operands (+, -, *, /)
Predefined mathematical functions (exp, log, sin, etc.)
RENO internal functions
RENO resources
References to any Synthesis Workbooks

Example:

rv_exponential(0.9, 5, 1)

Returns:

1.460517
