Description: Returns the smaller of two values.
Syntax: min(Number1, Number2)
Number1 and Number2 are a pair of values for which you want to find the smaller value.
Remarks:
All parameter values can include:
Numerical values
Standard operands (+, -, *, /)
Predefined mathematical functions (exp, log, sin, etc.)

Example:
min(0.7,9.3)
Returns:
0.7
