The Crew Details worksheets in the Results Explorer display the details for each crew assigned to perform tasks on the system. Click the name of the crew in the navigation panel to display the crew details on a separate worksheet.
Call Summary
Calls Received: The number of times the crew was called upon to perform maintenance during the simulation time.
Accepted Calls: The number of calls that were accepted during the simulation time by the crew.
Percent Accepted: The percentage of calls that were accepted by the crew during the simulation time.
Rejected Calls: The number of calls that were rejected by the crew during the simulation time. A call may be rejected because the crew may not be able to perform simultaneous tasks, it is already performing its maximum number of tasks, etc.
Percent Rejected: The percentage of calls that were rejected by the crew during the simulation time.
Utilization
Total Utilization: The total time spent by the crew performing maintenance tasks during the simulation time.
Average Call Duration: The average duration of the tasks (corrective, preventive or inspection) performed by the crew during the simulation.
Total Wait Time: The total delay time spent waiting for the crew after the call was made and before the crew was sent to the block. This delay applies only to events where the crew was busy performing maintenance on another item (i.e., it does not include the logistic delay specified in the Crew window).
Total Crew Delay Time: The total delay time before the crew started tasks, based on the logistic delay time defined in the crew properties.
Total Spare Delay Time: The total delay time for spare parts for the crew, based on the logistic delay time defined in the spare part pool properties.
Total Repair Time: The total active time the crew spent performing maintenance tasks during the simulation time.
Costs
Direct Costs: The total direct costs associated with maintenance tasks for the crew, based on the direct costs defined in the crew properties.
Indirect Costs: The total incident costs associated with maintenance tasks for the crew, based on the cost per incident defined in the crew properties.
Total Crew Costs: The total crew-related costs for the crew during the simulation time, based on the direct and indirect costs.
Average Cost per Call: The average cost per call made to the crew during the simulation time.
