When applicable, the plot control panel may display the Target Reliability link, which gives you the option to display a marker for the target reliability and time.
You can select to show a specified target reliability value (displayed as a horizontal line), target time value (displayed as a vertical line), or both. There is also an option to insert a marker at the point where the two target values intersect.
