The Spare Part Pool Summary worksheet for simulation diagrams displays a summary of the spare part pools.
Pool: The name of each spare part pool.
Avg. Stock Level: The average number of spare parts in each spare part pool during simulation time.
Parts Dispensed: The number of spare parts in each spare part pool that were dispensed during the simulation time. Spares are required for corrective, preventive and on condition tasks.
Avg. Time to Dispense: The average time it took to dispense the spare parts from each spare part pool during the simulation time. This is based on the logistic time for spare acquisition.
Rejected Requests: The number of spares that were required for corrective or preventive maintenance but were unavailable in the spare part pool. Therefore, no maintenance action was performed.
Emergency Spares Dispensed: The number of emergency spare parts that were used from each spare part pool during the simulation time. Emergency acquisitions are initiated when the spare part pool is empty but a spare part is required for a task.
Cost per Part: The direct cost per dispensed item for each spare part pool, as specified in the Spare Part Pool window.
Total Cost: The total cost for spare parts that were dispensed from each spare part pool during the simulation time.
